You may use parts of the App as a guest without an account. To save your fridge, shopping list, and recipes across devices, you can create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass daily usage limits or automate access in ways that overload or disrupt the App.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's underlying systems.

Recipes, meal ideas, and recipe photos are generated with the help of artificial intelligence based on the ingredients and preferences you provide. Suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own cooking and food safety, including checking ingredients for allergens and safe preparation. Yummeasy is not a substitute for professional nutritional or dietary advice.

Yummeasy is free to use. To keep the App available to everyone, daily limits apply to recipe generations, voice ingredient additions, and recipe photo generations. Limits reset each day and may change at any time.

You retain ownership of the ingredients, shopping lists, and recipe notes you enter. You grant Yummeasy a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate suggestions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipes, nutrition estimates, or generated photos are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yummeasy and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on generated recipes or nutrition information.

We may update or change the App, including its features and limits, at any time. We may also revise these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

You can stop using the App and delete your saved data at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access for anyone who violates these Terms.
